R&D TECHNOLOGIST

• Implement a new product development strategy: analyze market needs, create products, collaborate with external consultants, evaluate product cost, design technological processes, analyze the options for selecting and adapting the required equipment;
• Participate in production development projects to keep it running on time and not exceed the budget;
• Collaborate with scientific institutions in innovation re-search, evaluate opportunities to adapt new ideas to the needs of the company;
• To carry out process control of fresh, enhanced, semi- and fully cooked chicken product, to monitor compliance with the permeability standard of products;
• Produce product specifications (product cost, technological and microbiological characteristics of products);
• Concentrate and develop a team of technologists to develop their competency to reach indicators of good practice;
• Suggest specific measures for the implementation of efficiency indicators of production processes.

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Food Science;
• To know the legal obligations regulating the duties and responsibilities of the food producer, food safety management systems, requirements for certification of food safety systems;
• Be able to represent for us your created good examples ;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English language;
• Be able to go on business trips (exibitions and clients visiting);
• Leadership skills and ability to lead training and work together with a team for continuous learning, development, determination to achieve professional success and effectiveness.
