Job Description
You will be first contact during the built up of the shared service center.
Responsibilities:
- Reception, support and hospitality of national and international guests
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as coordination of courier services
- Central administration activities to support the team
- Acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls
- Manage telephone calls and diary management
- Coordinate meetings and support to plan business trips and travel expenses

- First professional experience in a comparable position
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Safe and representative appearance
- High level of commitment
- Secure knowledge of using the MS Office package
- Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian
