Requirements
Key Responsibilities of a Receptionist:
• Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests
• Responds to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
• Arranges for special services requested by the guest.
Requirements of a Receptionist:
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System would be beneficial
• Fluent English and Lithuanian skills are a must, Russian would be considered as advantage;
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts (3 work days/12 hours per shift; 3 days-off)
