We are looking for a proactive, results-orientated Sales Specialist with a great analytical mind to join our team. The Sales Specialist will be tasked with presenting, promoting, and selling sponsorship and exhibition packages using solid arguments to prospective customers.   • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze prospects;
  • Reach out to prospects via various channels, including phone, LinkedIn, email;
  • Find out the needs of potential customers;
  • Build relationships with client and professionally overcome objections;
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and improve overall business growth;
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects;
  • Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales;
  • Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent English language;
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to think on your feet;
  • Ability to remain professional and build strong customer relationships;
  • Openness to input and feedback and willingness to learn, grow from it;
  • Excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability and desire to sell;
  • Highly organized with great time management and people skills;
  • Experience in the events industry would be an advantage;
  • Other languages would be an advantage.
