Sales director in Vilnius

Job description:

• active acquisition of customers in Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian markets
• maintaining relationships with existing customers
• achieving established sales targets
• preparation of technical and commercial offers
• supervision of project implementation
• representing the company at trade fairs and industry conferences

• higher technical education. Preferably a degree in electrical/electronics/automatics
• ability to establish long-term customer relationships
• experience in leading projects in the industrial and energy sectors
• a high level of commitment and autonomy and good organisation of work
• driving licence
• willingness to travel on business

• Salary from 2.500 EUR including taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and work experience. You will additionally receive a variable portion of your annual salary depending on your and the company's performance (from 2,500 Euro plus additional remuneration)
