- A large focus is to serve customers with the materials at the right time and the right quality, and solve the problems that arise in the process;
- To be responsible for the sales and marketing of the company;
- Plan and coordinate all activities concerning new and also existing markets of particleboards;
- Allocate areas to sales executives;
- Investigates and benchmark competitors;
- Keeping good relationship with existing customers and building relationships with new customers;
- Regular updating of stock level of finished products.
- University education in business or economics;
- Experience in wood related industrial companies;
- Excellent English and Russian language skills (written and oral);
- Extremely strong skills in negotiation;
- Strong driving force with ability to deliver results;
- Proactive approach to work, excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Good computer skills (MS Office environment);
- Willingness to learn, independence, responsibility.
