MAIN TASKS:

• Drive our growth in Europe
• develop highly effective sales team
• Take part in improvement of sales processes and systems, as well as work organization of the sales
• Develop sales in current markets and develop new markets
• Ensure the preparation and execution of the sales budget in the area
• Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, ensure continuous improvement of sales results.

• Proven sales management experience
• Proven leadership skills managing a sales team
• About 7 years experience in sales and at least 3 years experience in team management. Desirable experience in an international company
• High sense of responsibility
• The initiative, motivation and ability to make changes
• Focus on building long-term cooperation
• Confident personality
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies and processes
• Italian and English language skills.
