Content & Objectives of the program:
During our 5-month development program for future regional sales representatives you will attend various training sessions at a deployment-related EGGER location, in order to adequately prepare for your future tasks. This includes collaboration and targeted training in the sales back office and the field team. But also external training based on the “value added sales concept” is part of the training program. You will be guided and supported by an experienced mentor from within the company. After having completed your training, it is possible to either work at one of the locations of EGGER or – depending on the area of deployment – to arrange for a home office solution.

Requirements

Our Requirements:

• Graduate of a vocational training/college/university with economics/technology
  

• Strong sales personality
  
• Very good communication skills
  
• High willingness to travel and own initiative
  
• Good IT skills, CRM skills would be an advantage
  
• Good English & Russian skills, additional
