You will support the development of our company by:
Implementation of the assumed sales plans for eyeglass lenses in accordance with the strategy and sales policy;
Developing sales and acquiring new customers - optical stores;
Full coordination of the sales process with customers, including staff training, advice on the offer, after-sales care for customers;
Effective and optimal planning of your work and the schedule of customer visits;
Building long-term business relationships with clients, based on expert knowledge and trust;
Monitoring and analysis of competitors' activities on the market;
Regular reporting of the level of achievement of goals and tasks (e.g. in the CRM system).
Requirements
You have sales experience working in the optics industry or have knowledge in the field of optics / optometry (an advantage);
You exhibit high sales and interpersonal skills;
You can build trust-based long-term relationships with business partners;
You are strongly motivated to achieve goals and results, not only individual but also team ones;
You are proactive and enthusiastic about challenges;
You can plan your work effectively and set priorities;
You want to develop in the optical industry, you are open to learning and oriented towards continuous development;
You are flexible, mobile and ready for frequent business trips;
Good knowledge of English or Polish;
Fluent in Lithuanian;
Valid driver licence "B" category.
Company offers
Standard tools for this position: laptop, company car and mobile phone.
Basic salary (bruto) from 1600 EUR + bonuses, depending on the results.
