Sales Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactive communication with existing and potential clients (via phone, email, and in-person visits to laboratories and medical centers).
  • Conducting market research and developing tailored proposals based on specific client needs.
  • Participating in tenders and preparing all necessary documentation.
  • Close collaboration with manufacturer representatives to ensure the successful introduction of the latest technologies to the Baltic market.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Practical experience or advanced theoretical knowledge in the field of molecular or clinical diagnostics.
  • Higher education (completed or ongoing) in medicine, biology, pharmacy, or a related field of natural sciences.
  • Previous experience in active sales (experience working with medical institutions or laboratories is considered an advantage).
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (for effective communication with both clients and international manufacturers).
  • A strong sense of responsibility, high stress resistance, and the ability to independently manage and plan your daily schedule.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and provide tailored solutions to clients.
