Sales Support Specialist

You will be working with several different projects, where your main responsibilities will be – updating Festo database and solving issues related to orders. In order to perform those projects successfully you will have to use Excel, Outlook and SAP programs.

Your daily workday will look like:

• Customers mapping with DSI portal
• Solving issues related to orders
• Performing tasks on SAP system by using given instructions
• Communicating via e-mail with Festo employees from other countries

• Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
• Attention to details
• Team-oriented person

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Excel level – advanced

• Extensive introductory training in Lithuania and Germany
