Our team has already released a new product (Chromium based Internet Browser) and we are working on implementation of support infrastructure including user’s profiles synchronization services, self-management portal, content aggregation and other backend solutions.
Currently we are looking for experienced Android developer who could help us to optimize existing functionality of Internet Browser and create new solutions, which will part of large ecosystem, ensure perfect implementation by using personal skills and power of teamwork.
Your immediate focus will be on the reconsideration, technical redesign of the existing product and its further development as per set milestones.
You’ll be expected to work in cooperation with the other team members in order to provide best quality and lead technical solutions implementation.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field,
- 3+ years professional experience with Android application development,
- Proficiency in programming languages such Java and/or C++
- Computer Science knowledge in object-oriented design,
- Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customer;
- Experience with browser based solution development, tuning and optimization;
- Knowledge of Webkit or Chromium Internals (or other browser);
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development,
- Life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations,
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery, deployment pipelines, and build/verification systems,
- Good knowledge of the open-source landscape,
- Fluent (or close to fluent) English (ability to communicate and write).
