Senior Cybersecurity Analyst

The role of the Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity is to assist in the building and monitoring of Hollister’s cybersecurity architecture and operations globally, developing appropriate security controls for business partners and service providers.  

Responsibilities:

• Senior Cybersecurity Analyst develops and maintains Cyber Security and privacy technical architecture.  Recommends guiding principles and technical standards that foster technology decisions. 
• Implement security technical controls, and support security tools and services
• Provide security advisory on new technologies for the enterprise and supports projects and implementations within the company.
• Provide security incident response and mitigation processes.
• Identifies Cyber Security and compliance requirements and develops specific solution architectures to protect the environment and  reduce vulnerabiities.   
• Performs security impact assessments to determine the enterprise's specific security and privacy related requirements and appropriate assurance monitoring.
• Contributes to the Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Technical Review Board (TRB) requests for security architecture and technology solutions as required.
• Manage analytics, perform risk assessments of vendors and 3rd party tools or solutions.
• Provide Security awareness training and education for associates.

• Technical IT experience focusing on cyber security;
• BS/BA Computer Science or equivalent related field of study required;
• An industry leading security certification (such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent);
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers and Desktop Operating Systems; Active Directory Domain design and implementation, and endpoint security;
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles of cyber security and ability to assess risks to networks, systems, software;
• Understanding on how to conduct investigations of security incidents;
• Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention and Data Protection Techniques;
• Knowledge of Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) technologies;
• Knowledge of cloud based technology or Cloud Based Security Broker (CASB) technologies would be an advantage;
• Very good English language skills.
