Senior Game Designer

• Working with the game balance and economics.
• Working with the conceptual and emotional content of the game.
• Generating new game features and describing their structure.
• Fast prototyping and testing your hypothesis for a large audience of the project.
• Developing game design documentation.
• Analyzing the game process, working with statistics and analytics, analyzing user behavior and feedback, working with metrics.
• Analyzing competitors’ products.
• Collaboration with the Development and Marketing teams.
•  

• 3+ years of experience in the game industry (working as a Lead/Senior Game designer with a great degree of freedom in decision-making and influence on the product).
• Work experience with monetization and balance, building mathematical models, profound knowledge of mathematics and probability theory.
• Experience working with mobile, social F2P games.
• Understanding of monetization and F2P game market. Experience of developing F2P games in operation. 
• Vast and diverse experience as a player, understanding of casual games female audience, its current state and trends.
• Understanding of user psychology.
• Ability to effectively communicate your ideas in writing and develop documents.
• Ability to outline and communicate your vision of the game design on the project.
• Self-motivation, energy and initiative.
• Experience working on a successful project.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of social psychology (understanding of social effects influence on a person and a group of people).
• Experience working with analytics and statistics.
• Excellent skills in MS Excel.
• Understanding and experience in marketing.

Monthly salary (gross): 2800€ - 3500€. Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements
