  • Carrying out daily different tasks and solving questions at the team level;
  • Review, continuous improvement, automation of payroll and personnel administration processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Team management (2-4 persons);
  • Education, motivation and assessment of work results of team members;
  • Participation in the installation and improvement of systems, cooperation with suppliers of existing systems (Paskata, Reflexis, Document management system);
  • Participation in the creation, development, testing and maintenance of payroll and personnel administration processes.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Knowledge of total working time accounting, salary calculation;
  • Higher education (in management, economics or a similar field);
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code and legal acts governing time accounting, wages and personnel administration;
  • Knowledge of document preparation and management requirements;
  • English spoken and written (B2);
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll and/or personnel administration, preferably in a managerial position;
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a team;
  • High sense of responsibility, initiative and problem solving skills;
  • Experience in working with payroll, timekeeping, personnel administration systems (Paskata, Reflexis, Document management system - would be an advantage);
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to make decisions independently and quickly in various situations related to payroll and personnel administration.
