Lead the scoping, transitioning, and adaptation of HR processes for our German organization, ensuring alignment with group HR objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
Perform operational HR tasks, including onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits administration, data management, and documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance and advice.
Manage employee and employer data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation, conducting thorough reviews to minimize errors.
Lead standard process transition workshops in German, effectively communicating with stakeholders to facilitate understanding and adoption of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
At least 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in operations, service, or HR operations, ideally in a multi-national environment.
A very good command of the German language at a C1 level or above.
A good command of the English language at a B2 level or above.
Prior experience in transitioning or improving processes is a plus, but a proactive mindset and understanding of the potential uncertainty that comes with it is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office system would be considered an advantage.
