Job Description

  • Supporting external expansion partner in acquiring new store premises to meet PEPCO requirements
  • Supervising the process of preparing lease agreements
  • Observing the corporate policy regarding the managing of lease agreements
  • Coordinating store opening process
  • Preparing analyses and reports in order to monitor and improve the implementation of the expansion process
  • Working with internal software to administrate agreements
  • Leading the Lease and Expansion team of two colleagues in the Baltics

Requirements

  • Work experience in a role related to coordination and administration
  • Experience in retail and / or lease and expansion fields would be seen as an advantage
  • Willingness to lead a team
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
