Job Description

• Improves, develops, modifies and evaluates existing equipment and makes complex recommendations to fulfill equipment requirements in the plant


• Participates in projects as key equipment mechatronics representative


• Troubleshooting and de-bugging robotics, automated lines, measurement systems software/hardware


• Actively working and communicating with related departments, Littelfuse engineers and suppliers, to find best cost-effective technical solutions of technical, quality and work process issues


• Prepares reports and technical specifications, preventive maintenance, manuals, autonomous maintenance and related documentation

Requirements

• Technical degree in engineering (mechatronic / automation) or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in design and development (or related) of custom mechatronics systems, including industrial robots, translating stages, linear motors, sensors, servos, etc
• Experience with understanding and troubleshooting custom built designs to determine potential risks, failure modes, and corrective actions
• Hands on CAD skills and vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio & Outlook) required
• Ability to organize work effectively and having a systematic approach in problem solving in a dynamic work environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Advanced English language
