Job Description

  • Fully own the recruitment process for engineering and product roles;
  • Conduct structured interviews, accurately assess role-specific requirements, and maintain strong professional relationships to build a network of potential candidates;
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process;
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to improve the recruitment process and provide the best candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment within a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment;
  • Proven ability to coach and influence hiring managers on best practices and strategic hiring decisions;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Willingness to explore and implement new processes and approaches;
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and work environments
  • Fluency in English
