Senior Wealth Manager

The company is currently in search of a Senior Wealth Manager who will oversee a team of wealth managers.

Responsibilities:

• Offering financial advice and services.
• Assisting clients in their financial questions.
• Relationship management.
• Explaining complex information.
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them.
• Management of wealth managers' team (hiring, performance management, etc.)

• At least 3 years of experience in financial services.
• Finance brokerage license (BFFA or similar).
• Good sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to understand complex information.
• Understanding of customer relations tactics.
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
• Degree in finance, economics, management, or related field (would be considered as an advantage).
