Job Description
You will be part of the Shop Accounting team of 4-5 people. The team will work for Nordic handling accounting for the stores. The team will, in cooperation with the business, secure the accounting and reporting process.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Incoming flow – posting of payments, cleaning of related accounts, investigation of differences;
- Supporting stores and business in accounting related questions;
- Participating in arrangement of new routines and projects related to shops;
- Archiving of supporting documentation for the shops;
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or similar in Finance;
- (On hands) experience from Shop Accounting or Accounts Receivable (2-3 years);
- (At least) basic knowledge of general accounting and good understanding of the overall financial processes;
- Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Nordic languages is an advantage but not a requirement;
- Good knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivots…);
- Experience from SAP ERP (preferred);
- Strong communication skills;
- Solution oriented and curious team player who enjoy collaborating with others;
- Analytical, structured and pay attention to details;
- Service minded.
