As the Social Media and Product PR Team Lead Baltics, you will be the driving force behind our digital engagement and product visibility across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. You’ll lead the development and execution of innovative strategies that captivate audiences and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Social Media, Influencer, and Product PR strategies across all Baltic countries.
• Lead the execution of campaigns in Lithuania in collaboration with top-tier agencies.
• Manage and inspire the Baltic Engagement Team to deliver outstanding results.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum impact.
• Oversee and manage the Baltic product PR and social media budget effectively.
• Communicate and present new concepts/ frameworks to management in English.
• Build strong and trustful collaboration with stakeholders.

• Proven ability to design and optimize multi-channel engagement strategies.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and performance analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Product PR and influencer collaboration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in both social media/influencer management and public relations.
• Experience in leading a team and multi-country projects is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, independent, and highly organized.
• A strong communicator and team player who can present ideas with confidence.
