Job Description

Software Engineers have broad responsibilities and are involved in end-to-end enterprise level solutions development from requirements analysis to hand-over to colleagues in operations (~60% solutions/modeling, ~30% full-stack development).

Responsibilities:

• Drive development of the Credit and Risk Solutions – most important systems of the bank – to support lending and credit risk management processes
  
• Identify and evaluate different IT-related opportunities in relation to business needs
  
• Cooperate and align mutual expectations with the business and internal or external suppliers
  
• Plan, estimate and prioritize own assignments
  
• Ensure quality of the solution including performance, scalability, stability, maintainability, availability and resilience
  
• Work in Agile distributed international teams
  
• Share knowledge inside organization

Requirements

• Experience and willingness to learn and improve constantly
  
• Focus on quality, passion to do things right
  
• 2 + years applications Back-End development experience in any language (Java, C#, C++, other)
  
• SQL and database modeling experience
  
• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles
  
• Upper intermediate level English
  
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related technical discipline
  
• Be interested in working on core banking technologies, including Mainframe.
  
• Able to make technical decisions and take
