• Provide marketing category sourcing support including market/industry analysis, product/service analysis, benchmarking, RFI and RFP preparation,
negotiation and contracting
• Develop and maintain sourcing projects’ pipeline including project support prioritizing and liaising with key internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Procurement Policy, Sourcing, Contracting processes and KPIs
• Identify savings opportunities, supplier rationalization and consolidation opportunities
• Establish and develop internal relationships with regional marketing teams and external with vendors
• Support Procurement Supervisor in development and execution of category management strategies
• Support Procurement Supervisor in procedures development, improvement and execution
• Apply sound responsible judgment in purchase decisions/recommendations
• Manage P2P buyer workflow

• 4 to 5 years international marketing category buying experience
• Broad-based experience in sourcing and contract management
• Fluent English
• Contract negotiation experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven track record in delivery against time and target
• University Degree
• Working experience of procurement buyer applications
