SuperUser (SharePoint team)

As collaboration specialist you will be a part of a tight global team, responsible for running the infrastructure for Danske Bank's homepages (on Sitecore and SharePoint) as well as Danske Bank's intranet and Teamsites (on SharePoint). Also the responsibility will be to engage with the Infrastructure specialists in our team to build the best possible platform with focus on functionality and ease of use but also to ensure a managed platform, where for instance content governance has high priority.

Responsibilities 

• Engage with end users when a new Teamsite is ordered;
• Engage with end users to support their build and usage of Teamsites;
• Build and update end user guidelines and documentation;
• Engage with infrastructure specialist to monitor platform, usage, content governance;
• Drive roadmaps and service operating model for Teamsites collaboration and collaboration cross towers in Danske Bank - as part of this engage with Microsoft to cover strategies and future platform development;

• Good customer facing skills;
• Experience with SharePoint in SuperUser or similar roles;
• Good English (written and spoken);
• Team oriented;
• Analytic and flexible as regards to changing tasks and need for rapid refocus;
• Working knowledge of programming/scripting would be an advantage;
