DUTIES:
As the senior human resources assistant, the incumbent advises the Management Officer on human resources (HR) policies and programs and is viewed as the mission expert in dealing with the full range of American and Locally Employed (LE) staff human resources issues. The incumbent provides a wide range of HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, employee compensation and benefits management, position classification, training and development, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and HR policies. The incumbent supervises two HR LE Staff employees. The incumbent is expected to operate with a high degree of independence.

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in (Vilnius, Lithuania) will receive a compensation package that includes health insurance, meal allowance and 9 extra days-off during USA holidays.
For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in Vilnius may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits. All applications must be submitted through ERA to be considered.
