About the position
Your main tasks and responsibility will be operation, development and maintenance of the network monitoring and event systems within the CA platform, Spectrum, Network Flow Analysis and Performance Management. A large part of your work will be to have a continuous dialogue with and support our internal stakeholders in order to establish or improve the monitoring capabilities. To meet the requirements and needs from our stakeholders in an efficient way is our goal. Due to the automation and digitisation journey that the bank is taking you will be working a lot with improvements of the applications.
The team you will work in is located in Stockholm and Vilnius, maintaining 10 different global systems for monitoring and event handling (e.g. CA platform, IBM Tivoli Monitoring and Omnibus). The team is part of ITS Process & Technology department, which also has responsibilities to own, define, maintain and continuously improve our global common ITIL Processes & Tools.
Requirements
To succeed and thrive in this position you should have good knowledge in monitoring and event applications. We would consider a great advantage if you had experience in CA Spectrum or other monitoring tools such as IBM Tivoli and SCOM. We are also looking for skills in shell scripts, pearl, bash, etc. Knowledge and experience in other programming languages e.g. C/C++/C#, SQL, Java, JavaScript and knowledge in technical design and agile way of working is a plus.
As a person you are responsible, taking ownership, have a strong drive and enjoy working with problem solving and continuous improvements together in teams. You value a structured way of working.
Acting in the international environment will require you to possess good business and technical communication and presentation skills in English. Keep in mind that the job could imply a number of business trips outside of Lithuania.
