I am Benita Narkevičiūtė and I am leading the Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Cross-boarder Services team at Telia. As Talent Acquisition function we are an international team of specialists located in Lithuania, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Estonia and Denmark. We support leaders all over Telia Company in acquiring the talent they need to create Better Connected Living. This means consulting and assisting in recruitment processes, proactively reaching out to potential candidates, creating and coordinating talent attraction programs, building talent pools and delivering on our people promise: “Home to your next big opportunity”. Right now, I am looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Vilnius.


Your next challenge?

This is an exciting opportunity if you like working in a dynamic environment and global teams. In this role, you will make the difference not only by ensuring that our administrative tasks are handled in a qualitative way but also notice and suggest improvements that can be done in Talent Acquisition area. You will also be supporting managers and your team members with administrative tasks and questions regarding recruitment process and systems. Gradually, you will become the super user in the systems that we use in recruitment process for candidate selection, evaluation, and hiring. You will be responsible for preparing reports and analyses about recruitment to management, our team, and other stakeholders. What is more, you will have the opportunity to join various projects to simplify and improve our ways of working, as well as to promote what you care for the most. Your team consists of experts in Talent Acquisition, so you will gain a lot of knowledge and will be able to develop yourself in sphere of recruitment.

Your experience:

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Very good at planning and time management skills, able to prioritize
  • Have experience with tasks that require focus and detail orientation
  • Experience working in corporate environment or international team would be an advantage

We offer a monthly base salary from 1089 EUR (gross) to 1634 EUR (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
