Handle the entire recruitment process including administrative duties, active search, interviews, recordkeeping
Develop and execute recruiting plans and candidate pipelines
Advise managers on the need definition and agree on appropriate sourcing channels
Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable
Support delivery of training when needed, i.e. onboarding, knowledge transfer, systems-training, improvement processes etc.
Work closely together with colleagues within the team, unit and Yara to continuously improve talent acquisition and training related processes
Always act in accordance with Ethics & Compliance policy as defined by Yara globally
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience with recruitment, ideally in an international company
Working knowledge of Lithuanian labor laws and agreements
Proven team player and excellent communication skills
Highly service minded, proactive and self-driven
Being able to work in fast paced environment
Structured, punctual and attention to detail
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
Able to travel occasionally
