Job Description

  • Handle the entire recruitment process including administrative duties, active search, interviews, recordkeeping
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans and candidate pipelines
  • Advise managers on the need definition and agree on appropriate sourcing channels
  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable
  • Support delivery of training when needed, i.e. onboarding, knowledge transfer, systems-training, improvement processes etc.
  • Work closely together with colleagues within the team, unit and Yara to continuously improve talent acquisition and training related processes
  • Always act in accordance with Ethics & Compliance policy as defined by Yara globally

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with recruitment, ideally in an international company
  • Working knowledge of Lithuanian labor laws and agreements
  • Proven team player and excellent communication skills
  • Highly service minded, proactive and self-driven
  • Being able to work in fast paced environment
  • Structured, punctual and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Able to travel occasionally
