Talent management division is responsible for people recruitment, onboarding, growth and development at Telia. We are an international team located in Telia Global Shared Service Lithuania office in Vilnius, leading cross-border projects and interactions with our team members in Nordics and Baltics.

Of course, you will attend some of our workshops yourself and will try to understand better your personal values and purpose.

• You are a positive and energetic person;
• You can speak English fluently;
• You have great communication skills, are initiative, responsible, organized, and results-oriented;
• You are willing to dedicate 2-3 months for the internship.
Expectations?
• To get experience in organizing training sessions;
• To help our internal facilitators get ready for the sessions;
• To keep track of training records and statistics;
• To gain experience in organizing EU funded training program;
• To shadow colleagues working in other HR areas;
• Participate in various company’s training and events;
• To get experience in an international company, which is guided by international human resources standards;
• To learn from a fantastic professional team which can help you improve your skills!
