Team Lead in Real Estate Finance (Problem Management team)

Job description

As team lead you will be responsible to organize and drive problem management team in Real Estate Finance. Your primary objective is to guide your team to identify the underlying cause of one or more incidents. The problem management team is responsible for managing the life cycle of all problems from initial identification through further investigation, documentation, and eventual removal. You will focus that incidents are prevented by pro-active problem management and removing root causes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the problem management service supports IT service targets and business expectations.
• Manage relationships with support teams, business representatives and domain areas to ensure quality.
• Prioritization of problems and participating in change advisory boards is an integral part of your daily work.
• Defining and establishing appropriate quality measurements and metrics as well as reporting. All duties are performed according to ITIL Operations processes.

• Bachelor degree in finance, software engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience working within IT industry
• Work comfortably with different levels of management
• Excellent analytical and trend analysis skills
• Ability to plan and chair meetings with Problem solving team related to follow-up of Major Incidents
• Focus on continues process improvement
• Holistic thinking and open-minded
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• ITIL Service Operations certificate
• Knowledge of Service Now will (advantage)
• Experience within operation of mortgage loans or banking in general (advantage)
