Role and Responsibilities:
The role of the PS Manager will be to manage the GDC Lithuania team providing first line management support and guidance to a team of direct reports. Responsibilities will be:

Leading periodic team meetings
Responsible for the cross training, mentoring and development of team
Ensuring adherence to core values
Holding informal 1:1 staff meetings on a regular basis
Ensuring compliance with HR processes such as performance management, performance reviews and promotions
Responsibility for all Health and Safety issues within your team
Responsible for identification, development & completion of SIR ideas
Staff scheduling
Capacity planning and forecasting
Optimize staff allocation on projects and yet maximize the utilizing of the senior team members on presales and operational excellence ideas
Reporting of weekly figures to Senior GDC Management
Maintain team billability targets, of at least 90%

Good general education
IT background
Ideally educated to degree standard
Good understanding of J2EE, web, RDBMS and SOA architecture
Evidence of continued professional development
Good industry experience in one or more industry area, including Healthcare, Financial service and Retail/Packages.
Full understanding of the project life cycle and successfully managed internal or external Client strategic projects
