Purpose of the job

Danske Bank is hiring a manager for our new Security Administration team (SADM) located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The manager will be responsible for building and managing all aspects of the SADM in close cooperation with Group IT Security and Risk.

As a highly regulated organization it is important to ensure that access to systems and resources is allowed by justified business need only, in compliance with internal procedures and financial security standards e.g. PCI DSS.  The SADM team will be responsible for managing accesses and certificates in a multiplatform environment.

We seek a highly analytical persons with a strong IT security background, management experience, and preferably prior from a similar position. We are looking for candidates with true interest in IT and information security, large IT environments, systems and identity and access management.

Primary tasks/deliveries

• First and foremost you will engage with Group IT Security and Risk to design and develop the new Security Administration. You will also be responsible for hiring the security administrators who are going to work in the team.
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures used by the security administration in compliance with the security policy.
• Provide recommendations on workflow improvements in order to simplify processes.
• Develop and maintain reporting metrics and mechanisms used to execute and measure SADM activities.

About the department

Group IT Security and Risk is responsible for information security and risk identification throughout Danske Bank’s overall business strategy. The core group is located in Copenhagen. Moreover, for each country there are a number of additional local security employees. Generally there is a high pace with focus on deliveries but there is a good work atmosphere.

The new SADM in Vilnius will be one of the new departments Group IT Security and Risk will be setting up during the next years.

SADM will handle user and security administration in a multiplatform environment mainly consisting of Mainframe, Windows and UNIX. SADM will take care of accesses and users that are not covered by Danske Banks role based access solution as well as security controls.

SADM will act as a 2nd level support in case of access issues from the business as well as the IT developers.  SADM will also ensure that user administration is managed in compliance with the general security policy.

Requirements

Professional competencies (skills and knowledge)

• Several years of experience in IT Security field.
• You must be an experienced IT Security Specialist with experience in managing a team. You must also have substantial proven relevant IT Security experience including identity and access management, certificate management and internal controls
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance concerns
• Excellent English skills (verbally and in writing)
• A clean police record
• Proven manager experience
