I am Tadas Žibūda, TSO team leader. Today we are hiring an expert with a good balance of technical and managerial skills to act as an owner of technical IT services.
We have members both in Vilnius and in Šiauliai offices.
Your next challenge?
As a member of TSO team you will have to take ownership of several services from our portfolio (we have over 80 IT services today). Your responsibilities will be:
- manage technical lifecycle of the services you own: define its features; clarify order, deployment and decommissioning procedure; and measure health and costs of a service;
- challenge others to improve and optimize services;
- work with B2B product owners to make the service more attractive to the market;
- ensure that services operate as promised to both internal and external customers;
- curate and improve certain ITSM practices, processes or tools, which are used by all ITSM employees (cross-division);
- push changes, improvements, new tools and practices in ITSM and in Telia Lietuva.
Currently several services require additional TSO attention. One or several may be assigned to you:
- Workplace management
- Colocation in data center
- Monitoring service
- Data center network service group
- Virtual Network security services group
- Office LAN
Who are you?
You will be expected to balance three skillsets: analytical thinking, influencing other people, and technical IT service, IT process knowledge. To really enjoy your job in TSO team, you'd better love challenges and be prepared for the complexity of IT business in Telia: at first nothing will seem simple, until finally you will manage to simplify it all!

- Love to handle a wide scope of issues
Your experience:
- Worked in general IT services area
- Solved process management or continuous improvement dilemmas
- Ability to collect, manipulate and present data in a meaningful way
- Deeper know-how in any IT service would be a benefit: managed IT services (i.e. OS, database, application management), data center infrastructure, cloud, web hosting, network or other IT services
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)

We offer a monthly base salary from 2000 Eur (gross) to 4000 Eur (gross) depending on your experience. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
