Technical Specialist (SQL/Excel knowledge) in Group Finance Solutions

Group Finance Solutions are about 50 people in DK and 30 in India. To begin with 6 people in Lithuania – but we will add more people later.

You will report to Development Manager Lars Lund Madsen in Denmark until the Lithuanian operation is big enough to have a manager. You will have to cooperate daily with IT (Group finance Solutions), the business users of the systems (DK, UK, Finland and Luxembourg) and the vendors (Invoke in France and Wolters Kluwert primarily in UK).

Responsibilities:
• Primary expert on two vendor systems: Invoke (Solvency end Liquidity reporting) and Wolters Kluwer (MFI3, Finrep and more).
• Daily cooperation with vendor companies.
• Support users internally in Danske Bank.
• Play a role in data model design and prototyping and is involved in developing or validating source target mappings and transformation logic required to support information.
• Assist in identifying data quality problems and in determining options for how they will be handled. The BA will also play a role in testing and validation and train new users.
• Responsible for developing and executing different types of tests and test scenarios through the different development phases from unit test of programs, system test of data transformation logics, to reconciliation of final regulatory reports.
• Participate in requirement clarification and data analysis when new reports need to be built.

• Previous experience with SQL and Excel is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Previous experience in the following techniques is a plus but not required: VBA, SAS, SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer etc.
