Job Description

• To analyse company’s products and advise the customers.
• To answer via email to written technical requests in English or other language.
• To help company’s customers to get the best technical solution.
• To navigate in the system to find the correct recommendation.
• To update databases and collect standard information.

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics, or any other technical education.
• Fluent in English.
• Good in German (other European language is an advantage).
• Knowledge in pneumatics and automation technology.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in continuously improving culture.
• Ability to work on your own or as a part of a team if necessary.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong logical thinking and social skills.
