In this role, you will manage incoming requests (phone/ email) from B2B customers who are experiencing any difficulties with the use of our products or services. Technical support specialist is responsible to ensure that an effective solution is provided to the user in a timely manner.

Reikalavimai

Higher education (technical background preferred);
Technical understanding and interest in this field;
Fluent English and Polish languages;
Russian language knowledge would be a great advantage;
Ability to respond operative to different requests;
Ability to analyze the situation and find solutions.
