Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports and implements local marketing strategies together with Marketing manager;
- Responsibility for cooperation with Wholesalers and Pharmacy Chains;
- Development of trade promotional plans with PhCh;
- Selection and execution of promotions in PhCh to maximize effectiveness;
- Setting visibility and POS in pharmacies, development of planograms;
- Ongoing analysis of the marketing information, including monitoring of the competitors’ activities;
- Cooperation with advertising agencies, specialized publishing houses for developing InStore POS and communication materials for patients and pharmacists;
- Guiding medical representatives through daily communication of visibility and promotional activities;
- Retail market research, analysis;
- Bears responsibility for completion of monthly, quarterly and annual targets;
- Trainings/educational events for pharmacists.
- Managing and monitoring TM investments.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of work experience in Pharmaceutical Company;
- Experience of working with Pharmacy chains would be an advantage;
- University Degree in Medicine / Pharmacy / Business Administration / Marketing;
- Exceptional management skills combined with the ability to multi-task effectively;
- Leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Strong enthusiasm and a drive to success;
- English language at least B2 (upper-intermediate). Knowledge of Russian language would be an advantage.
