Trainer (English +1 foreign language speaking) (Relocation to Latvia)

Job Description

  • Plan and lead training sessions for new and current staff
  • Help set and track training goals
  • Keep an eye on trainee progress and offer helpful advice for improvement
  • Give clear and helpful feedback to trainees
  • Design and assess training activities
  • Identify and solve any issues that come up during training
  • Listen to calls made by staff and give feedback as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on company procedures and operations
  • Keep records of training and performance data
  • Share reports with stakeholders regularly

Requirements

  • English skills (B2 or higher level) in writing and speaking to understand documentation and log accurately in the client systems 
  • Additionally, you need to have one of the foreign language skills – German, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish (B2/C1 or higher level) 
  • At least 2 years of experience as a trainer in customer service
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fintech, banking, or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Experience with customer service programs, especially in retail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good organization and planning abilities
  • Understanding of working with diverse groups
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset
  • Previous experience in customer support or service
