Plan and lead training sessions for new and current staff
Help set and track training goals
Keep an eye on trainee progress and offer helpful advice for improvement
Give clear and helpful feedback to trainees
Design and assess training activities
Identify and solve any issues that come up during training
Listen to calls made by staff and give feedback as needed
Stay up-to-date on company procedures and operations
Keep records of training and performance data
Share reports with stakeholders regularly
Requirements
English skills (B2 or higher level) in writing and speaking to understand documentation and log accurately in the client systems
Additionally, you need to have one of the foreign language skills – German, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish (B2/C1 or higher level)
At least 2 years of experience as a trainer in customer service
Minimum 1 year of experience in fintech, banking, or related field
Strong communication skills
Able to work well in a team
Experience with customer service programs, especially in retail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good organization and planning abilities
Understanding of working with diverse groups
Familiarity with MS Office applications
Analytical and results-driven mindset
Previous experience in customer support or service
