Would you #dare to take the #challenge? Your will have an overall responsibility of B2C revenue from existing clients. You will aim to deliver growth from upsell using a diverse set of means: upsell campaigns, traffic boosting initiatives and migration management. You need to have very strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills as you will need to achieve results through other organizational divisions (sales channels, offering managers, customer insight teams). Essential functions:

  • Formulate client upsell strategy and work with key departments and cross-functional teams to lead the implementation
  • Design and manage implementation of upsell campaigns both in mobility and home business lines
  • Launch traffic usage boosting initiatives
  • Plan and manage client migrations across mobility and fixed technologies
  • Manage pipeline of communication to existing client base (direct messages, self-service, billing)
  • Contribution to great customer experience at every touch point of the customer life cycle
  • Other projects and initiatives related to maximize revenue from existing clients
  • Requirements:
  • University degree (master or MBA preferred), advanced PC skills, fluent English
  • 3+ years successful and proven experience in customer service or segment/product management, marketing or consulting position
  • Solid knowledge in marketing, customer service, project management and offering development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work in a team setting with a diverse groups of employees, managers and external contacts
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Analytical, organization and oral/written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, engaged team member with high degree of professionalism
