Job Description
The Bank is operating in 180 different countries. The company has a global presence and is expanding their Vilnius team and is in search of a Criminal Attorney. As a Criminal Attorney you will work at an international level, working with various and complex international and local cases and situation navigation.
To succeed in this role you should have the following qualifications.
Requirements
- 10 + years relevant experience;
- High ratio of wins in trial cases;
- Experienced in the banking/financially related area;
- Extensive legal experience in handling cases of white collar crime including allegations of fraud, money laundering;
- Solid understanding of international criminal law including practice of extradition treaties, law enforcement treaties;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written);
- State Prosecutor experience would be an advantage.
