Job Description
• Hands-on experience working with data analytics in a business environment
• Understanding causes and effects of different issues from customer activity and related events. Answering questions not only “what happened” but also “why did this happen”
• Data analysis tool development and automation
• Communication of analytical results in a meaningful way for business stakeholders and which can be turned into actionable business insights
• Data and analytical lead in various projects and with different teams
• Design and management of experiments and trials
• Interpretation of data, analysis of results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports
• Define and drive BARBORA site and platform improvements and enhancements
• Coming up with actionable and value-adding recommendations to improve any of the product, customer experience and/or business processes

Requirements
• Degree in statistics, mathematics or similar
• Coursework in mathematics, IT, statistics, machine learning or similar
• High level of comfort with various data types and structures: structured versus unstructured data, or static versus stream data
• Extensive prior experience in integrating data, profiling, validating and cleansing data
• Ability to apply statistical theories and methods to solve practical problems
• Full proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tool would be considered as an advantage
• Programming experience (R, Python or similar)
• Written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian
• Pro-activity
• Coursework in mathematics, IT, statistics, machine learning or similar
