Job Description
Responsible for following up (recording, supporting, completing) requests for master data creations and changes as well as requesting for deletions according to Master Data Governance policies and standards for Legacy Master data at specific legacy systems.
Individual accountabilities
- Timely creation and maintenance of the Customer and Supplier Master Data records in the specific Legacy systems according to agreed SLA
- Reviewing, adjusting and enriching data sets using various sources (Outokumpu organizations, Dun & Bradstreet, Internet, etc.)
- Record, track & trace all relevant correspondence regarding the execution of change requests
- Conducting compliancy checks in adherence to current Compliancy guidelines
- Conducting necessary interactions with the Outokumpu organization regarding change requests
- Continuance of services in times of (un)expected unavailability
Shared accountabilities
- Escalate data governance issues
- Pro– and reactive support to Outokumpu organizations in the maintenance of the Master Data
Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders
The most important stakeholders the job holder works with:
- Head of General Master Data, Master Data Manager Customer & Supplier, Sales functions (field –and inside sales), General Procurement, Finance, CRM support team members, Service Desk
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experience are assets
- Solid professional experience preferred related for administrative database maintenance activities and working in international organizations are assets
- Good English is mandatory, knowledge of other Outokumpu local languages is an asset
- Ability to work with multiple IT systems
- IT –and systems literate (Preference: BaaN, SAP, MS Office)
- Process oriented, strong attention for detail, eager and service minded
- To be determined, based upon volumes/quality of data requests and proportion of requests resolved/rejected, based upon objectives agreed with Head of General Master Data.
