Job Description

You will be first contact during the built up of the shared service center.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception, support and hospitality of national and international guests
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as coordination of courier services
  • Central administration activities to support the team
  • Acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls
  • Manage telephone calls and diary management
  • Coordinate meetings and support to plan business trips and travel expenses

Requirements

  • First professional experience in a comparable position
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Safe and representative appearance
  • High level of commitment
  • Secure knowledge of using the MS Office package
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian
