Voice Network Administrator

• Ensuring active Skype and MS Teams operation and high availability
• Managing globally distributed Session Border Controller (SBC)
• Monitoring and baselining of system health (Bandwidths, MOS, KPIs, ...)
• Detecting and eliminating anomalies and failures at an early stage to prevent probable outages
• On-duty service
• Support of Skype and MS teams in the call center environment (Voxtron)
• 2nd Level Support for incidents and service requests
• Integration and control of external service providers

• Experience in the field of VoIP, MS-Voice
• Knowledge of common network techniques and methods (SIP, ISDN, QoS, Security, WAN/LAN)
• Knowledge of network analysis and troubleshooting (baselining, monitoring, protocol analysis)
• Experience with products from renowned network suppliers (AudioCodes, Cisco)
• Good English skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate
