Works Manager

• Maintaining direct control over the quality of works performed,
• Coordinating and allocating jobs in the area assigned,
• Planning needs in the areas of labour and means of production,
• Analysing agreed solutions with regard to their adequacy, triggering implementation of replacement solutions,
• Cooperation with a construction manager.

• Higher education
• Unlimited licence for supervision of construction works with the civil engineering specialisation,
• 3 years of proven experience in working on an EPC contract basis,
• Mobility (business trips), flexibility,
• Very good knowledge of English (C1 level), ability to read specifications and smoothly communicate during meetings,
• Polish will be an advantage,
• Lithuanian will be an advantage,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD,
• Readiness to relocate,
• Independence and good work organisation,
• Place of work and residence in Lithuania.
