Job Description
Responsibility for the leadership and management of all Accounts Payable operations in accordance with performance and quality standards as defined in the relevant service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Propose new measurements (SLAs, KPIs) for all Accounts Payable processes to Head of SSC / OM.
- Monitor and manage transition process and related relationship management from Sales lines / Cross Divisional Company’s Finance & Accounting processes to SSC.
- Balance customer requirements with efficiency criteria; therefore support to define Key Performance Indicators that mirror qualitative and quantitative targets for all Accounts Payable processes.
- Own and manage the budget and forecast for all Accounts Payable processes.
- Manage productivity and cost efficiency for all Accounts Payable processes and implement initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness in the SSC.
- Ensure and force cross-process performance improvement initiatives with other process supervisors.
- Manage escalations to Company`s Europe division and dispute resolutions.
- Manage staffing and development for Accounts Payable team in collaboration with Human Resources and the Accounts Payable Team Leads.
Requirements
- University degree (BSc/MSc) in Economics or Business Administration with major in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Professional certification such as a CPA or a CMA is required.
- Plus 5 years of proven experience and knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements in SSC environment.
- Proven experience in managing staff within Accounts payable processes in a complex and international business environment.
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
