Associate Relationship Management

The Associate - Relationship Management works closely with experienced Relationship Managers to increase mandates and revenue in their assigned regions/lines of business.

• Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
• Provide crucial sales support to ensure premium customer service delivery
• Prepare materials for customer meetings and support with meeting follow ups.
• Complete sales process admin in Salesforce
• Research and market intelligence
• Support promotion of Moody’s offerings and thought leadership in the sustainable finance market and other evolving risk areas
• Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
• Direct customer interaction
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Billing/Collections team
• Actively contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives/campaigns
• Support and train other team members and new joiners

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to multitask, excellent time management skills
• Team player with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Highly motivated and keen to take ownership
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian, or French at minimum C1 level
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingnessto develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
• Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent)
