Associate Relationship Management

Job Description

The Associate - Relationship Management works closely with experienced Relationship Managers to increase mandates and revenue in their assigned regions/lines of business.

Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
Provide crucial sales support to ensure premium customer service delivery
Prepare materials for customer meetings and support with meeting follow ups.
Complete sales process admin in Salesforce
Research and market intelligence
Support promotion of Moody’s offerings and thought leadership in the sustainable finance market and other evolving risk areas
Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
Direct customer interaction
Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Billing/Collections team
Actively contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives/campaigns
Support and train other team members and new joiners

Requirements

Strong analytical and research skills
Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Highly organized with ability to multitask, excellent time management skills
Team player with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
Highly motivated and keen to take ownership
Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian, or French at minimum C1 level
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingnessto develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent)
