BI Project Manager in Information Management and Data Warehouse

Project Manager with responsibility for planning, managing, and delivering projects in an agile development team to successfully accomplish the projects goals and objectives, ensuring a balance between the project needs and the long term goals of Danske Bank.
We are part of building a new Bank’s data platform with challenges with model complexity and data volume. You will be part in new Danske Bank way of building reports and dashboards.
 
Responsibilities:

• Facilitates correct organizational setup for the project and establishes the working relationships with business areas, suppliers, Steering committee, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensures that project deliverables conform to strategy directions and desired system architecture.
• Responsible for team building, guidance and skills development to achieve project goals.
• Adheres to project management best practices, methodologies, systems and tools as defined by Danske Bank.
• Proactively follows and improves department and project processes for e.g. requirement development, stakeholder management and testing.

• Minimum 3 years of proven success within project management in all project phases.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Preferably experience the Banking industry, data analytics and DW/BI development.
• Able to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of a given domain.
• Communicates clearly and purposefully in English at a high level with IT colleagues, internal customers and business partners.
• Proactively assists in developing others by e.g. communicating knowledge and participating in professional networks.
• Approach is structured, efficient, flexible and result-oriented, focus on knowledge-sharing and teamwork.
